NOTICE TO ALL TENANTS

     The 20 buildings located within Caroline Ave., Carmen Dr. and Shasta Ave., known collectively as MT SHASTA ESTATES, is a HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (MSEHOA) governed by the recorded Articles of Incorporation, ByLaws and CC&R’s.  As such, all Common Grounds areas within our boundaries are owned by MSEHOA and are therefore the responsibility and liability of the HOA.

 

 

    In order to protect and maintain our Common Ground areas, there are Rules & Regulations that have been established for the health, safety and welfare of all who reside in the MSEHOA properties.

   

OWNERS AND RENTERS  are all required to abide by these Rules & Regulations.

  

     Please read the Rules & Regulations carefully.  If you have any questions, contact your landlord.  The Officers and Directors within the MSEHOA Board do not function as property managers.  All inquiries to the Board must be presented by homeowners.  

    

     The MSEHOA Board has taken it upon itself to present the Rules & Regulations directly to all tenants in an effort to make sure that tenants have indeed received a copy.  It is the Board’s hope that all tenants will become acquainted with and abide by the R&R’s, which are intended as a basis for property protection and good-neighbor relations within the MSEHOA community.
