HOA Quarterly Dues Provide for:
 
- Maintenance of the exterior of all buildings as    needed.
- Common Grounds upkeep including seasonal    lawn care; Spring & Fall leaf clean-up; sprinkler maintenance.
- Annual roof inspection.
- Painting (including fences) and roofing of all buildings as needed
- General liability coverage (replacement cost).  Personal condo insurance recommended.
- Annual tree service.
- Bookkeeping, tax preparation, and annual audit.

Assessments are due January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1
The current HOA quarterly assessment is $485.00 (as of April 2018)
