About MSEHOA Board of Directors
The MSEHOA Board of Directors is comprised entirely of volunteers who work for the health, safety and financial investment of all members of the Mt Shasta Homeowners Association. We volunteer because we truly care about our Association, the maintenance of our buildings and the upkeep of our common areas and grounds. We strive to keep it running smoothly to the best of our abilities.
In accordance with the Davis-Sterling Act and the legally-mandated requirements of California HOA’s, the Board’s duties are to contract and schedule maintenance to the buildings and common areas; track our finances and create an annual budget; review state and federal tax preparations; provide the CPA with required information for a statute mandated annual review — in addition to the many other day to day needs, unforeseen emergencies and neighborhood challenges. All actions taken by the Board are in accordance with our governing documents. No Board member acts alone. All decisions are Board approved. Owners and renters are treated with the same respect.
